About these numbers
Each problem links to the help guide that answers it best; where there’s no guide yet, it links to that topic in the help center. Problem types seen fewer than 10 times, and catch-all “other” requests, are left out: the 241 here cover about 83% of all requests. Years and months are counted separately in the data, so you can filter by one or the other, not both. 2017 starts in February and 2026 runs to October, and how much history was kept differs by year, so compare problems within a year rather than totals across years. The data has no reliable business-type field, so there’s no industry filter.
