- Can you set up online registration for my event?Yes. E-3 can add an online registration or sign-up form to your website, with the fields you need, a confirmation email in your own words, and payment if you charge for tickets. A person at E-3 builds it, and bigger changes like this are tested on a staging copy first.
- How do I add or change a form on my website? Most form changes happen in your form plugin's settings: add or edit fields in the form editor, and change who gets the emails under the form's notifications. After any change, send yourself a test from a personal address. E-3 clients can simply tell us the change, and a person at E-3 makes it.
- How do I set up or fix online donations on my website? The simplest way is a hosted donation link. In Stripe, create a Payment Link and choose Customers choose what to pay, then add it to a Donate button on your site. PayPal offers a Donate button too. Make a small test gift, then check the receipt and the payout. If donations fail, test the link on its own first.
- How do I stop spam coming through my website form? Most form spam comes from bots. Turn on your form plugin's built-in honeypot first, then add a quiet check such as Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA if spam continues. Keep flagged entries saved so you can review them, because a real customer caught by mistake would otherwise be lost.
- Why are my form emails going to spam or missing?Usually the lead is still saved on your website and only the notification email went astray. Check your Junk folder, then the form's saved entries and the address it sends to. If entries exist but emails don't arrive, the site needs a proper sending service and correct email records for your domain.
- Why won't my website form submit? When a form won't send, the cause is usually a required field or captcha that isn't obvious, a plugin clash after an update, or a security rule blocking the entry. Fill in the form yourself in a private window and note the exact message. A thank-you with no email afterwards is a different problem.
