Editorial policy
Our guides exist to help owners do things themselves, or to know what to ask for. Here’s who writes them, how we check them and what we won’t publish.
Draft, Larry to review. Last updated October 31, 2026.
Who writes them
Guides and answers are written for E-3 Design and reviewed by Larry Davis. Each page names its author and the date it was last reviewed.
How we use AI
We use AI to research and draft. A person checks every page against the official documentation before it’s published, and an independent AI review checks it again against a written rubric (accuracy, usefulness, honesty, plain language and accessibility). Nothing is published on AI’s word alone.
What we check
- Every step and button name against the vendor’s own documentation, on the date shown.
- Every fact we can’t check ourselves has a source, linked at the end of the page.
- Screenshots show no client or personal data. Diagrams are labelled as diagrams.
What we won’t publish
- Invented statistics, results, reviews or quotes.
- Promises about rankings, AI answers or legal compliance. Nobody can honestly promise those.
- Prices that aren’t real quotes.
- Client names or work without the client’s permission.
Keeping pages current
Google and other vendors change their tools often. We re-check guides when a vendor announces a change, and at least once a year. The “last reviewed” date changes only when a person has checked the page again.
Corrections
Found something wrong or out of date? Email support@e3help.me. We fix confirmed mistakes promptly and update the review date.
Independence
We don’t accept payment to mention products. When we recommend a tool, it’s because we use it or have checked it, and we say when a free option is enough.
