Every number in the report comes from a real check, with the time it was taken. If we couldn’t check something, the report says so instead of guessing.
About the check
- Is it really free?
- Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation.
- Do you need my login?
- No. We only look at what anyone can see from the outside. We don’t log in, fill in forms or try hidden pages, and we follow your site’s robots.txt rules.
- How long does it take?
- The quick check runs in your browser in under a minute. For the full report, we run the check, look over the results ourselves and then email you, usually within one business day.
- How does the action plan decide what to fix first?
- Anything that has stopped working or is about to comes first: a certificate or domain running out, no mail server, or a home page hidden from Google. Next come things that lose customers today, like email landing in spam or pages that are slow on phones. Smaller improvements come last. There’s no overall score: just what we found.
- Will you pester me afterward?
- No. We’ll send the report and one follow-up to see if you have questions. That’s it.
