What's included when E-3 looks after your site?

Suggestions appear as you type. Use the up and down arrows to choose one, or press Enter to ask.

The core is website care: uptime monitoring, updates tested on a staging copy first, daily backups and security alerts. Depending on your agreement, E-3 may also host your site with SSL included, run your business email, help you get found in search, or set up lead follow-up. Your agreement sets exactly what's included.

The short version

  • Website care is the core: uptime monitoring, tested updates, daily backups and security alerts.
  • E-3 also offers hosting, business email, SEO and AI search, leads and follow-up, a speed program and redesigns.
  • Which of these you have depends on your agreement. This page doesn’t list prices.
  • Not sure what’s covered? Ask E-3 support before you need it.

How do I check what’s included for me?

  1. Find your agreement, or the most recent proposal you accepted.
  2. Compare it with the services below.
  3. Note any questions, such as “does that include my email?” or “who renews my domain?”
  4. Email support@e3help.me or call 814-399-4655. Ask what’s covered and what isn’t.

What does website care cover?

Website care is the everyday looking-after that keeps a site healthy and safe:

  • Uptime monitoring, so we hear about problems such as the site going down.
  • Updates to WordPress, plugins and themes, tested on a staging copy first. See do you keep my WordPress site updated.
  • Daily backups, so the site can be restored. See is my website backed up.
  • Security alerts.
  • Changes you ask for. Ask for a change and we make it. Bigger changes are tested on a staging copy first.

Hosting is where your site lives. Website care is looking after the site itself.

Why does this matter?

Knowing what’s covered saves surprises. If you know backups and updates are handled, you don’t need to do them twice. If you know your domain renewal isn’t, you won’t let it lapse.

What are the common mistakes and edge cases?

  • Assuming E-3 renews your domain. Check who does, and see who owns my domain.
  • Sites hosted elsewhere. Ask what’s covered for a site on another host.
  • Other companies’ tools. Booking systems, payment providers and social accounts belong to you and those companies. Their support teams own their systems.
  • Bigger projects. A redesign, a new feature such as booking or a shop, or moving email or a site from another company may not be covered. Ask before assuming it is.
  • Rankings. Nobody can promise a place in Google or in AI answers.

What if this didn’t work?

If you’ve read your agreement and still aren’t sure whether something’s covered, ask. It’s better to check first than to be surprised by an invoice. For billing questions, see how to pay your invoice or update billing details.

How does E-3 handle this?

Ask E-3 what’s in your agreement and what would change if you added or removed something. Email support@e3help.me or call 814-399-4655, and say what you’d like your website to do that it isn’t doing now. Replies usually come within one business day.
