How do I pay my invoice or update billing details?

Email support@e3help.me or call 814-399-4655 about paying an invoice, a question on a charge, or changing your billing contact or details. Never send card or bank numbers by email, and if a bill or new payment instruction looks odd, call that number before you pay.

How do I ask about an invoice or change billing details?

  1. Find the invoice. Note the invoice number and date, or forward the email it came in.
  2. Say what you need: how to pay, a question about a line, a copy of a past invoice, or a change of billing contact.
  3. Email support@e3help.me, or call 814-399-4655.
  4. Leave out card and bank numbers. If a payment detail needs changing, say so, without the numbers.
  5. Wait for a reply before paying a changed amount or paying to a new account. Replies usually come within one business day.

What to include

  • your name and business name
  • the invoice number and date
  • your question, in a sentence or two
  • for a new billing contact: their name and email, and who should stop receiving invoices
  • for a name or address change: the details exactly as they should appear

The short version

  • Email support@e3help.me or call 814-399-4655, with the invoice number ready.
  • Never put card or bank numbers in an email, text or form. If a bill looks odd, call before you pay.

Why does this matter?

Billing mix-ups waste time on both sides, and payment details are exactly what scammers want. A short, clear message gets a quick answer. Keeping card numbers out of email keeps them out of every inbox and sent folder they’d otherwise sit in for years.

How can I tell an invoice is really from E-3?

Fake invoices are a common scam aimed at small businesses. The FTC warns that scammers send bills for things businesses never ordered, naming tech support, domain registration and search engine optimization as examples. Before paying a bill that claims to be from E-3, check:

  1. Do you recognize the work? It should match something you agreed with us.
  2. Is it asking you to pay somewhere new? Treat a change of payment details as suspicious until confirmed by phone.
  3. Does it push you to act fast? Pressure is a warning sign.
  4. Does anything look off? A strange sender address, odd spelling of our name, or a sign-in link.

If anything feels wrong, call 814-399-4655. Use that number, not one printed in the message.

What are the common mistakes and edge cases?

  • Paying a “renewal” from another company. Many domain and listing notices aren’t from your registrar or from E-3. See is this domain renewal notice real.
  • Several people handle bills. Tell us who should get invoices. One billing contact keeps it simple.
  • You already emailed a card number. Tell us, and ask your card company whether to replace the card.
  • You think you paid twice. Send the dates and invoice numbers.
  • You’re not sure what a charge covers. Your agreement sets what’s included. See what’s included when E-3 looks after your site.

The FTC also suggests clear steps for approving invoices and paying only vendors you really use. For a small business, that can be a short list of real suppliers, one person who approves anything new, and a rule never to change where money goes based on an email alone.

What if this didn’t work?

If you received a fake invoice or payment request, don’t pay it. The FTC asks businesses to report scams at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. If it pretended to be from E-3, forward it to support@e3help.me too. If a billing question hasn’t had a reply within a business day, call 814-399-4655.

How does E-3 handle this?

Email support@e3help.me or call 814-399-4655 with billing questions; replies usually come within one business day. E-3 doesn’t list prices in help articles, because what you pay depends on your plan. If you’d like to change what E-3 does for you, call 814-399-4655.
