Mowery Construction: a remodeler's site that shows the work

Mowery Construction is a home builder and remodeler serving Dayton and the Miami Valley in Ohio. The company has been working since 1992, and its president, Jason Mowery, has led it for more than three decades. The work covers kitchens, bathrooms, basements and home additions.

What the site has to do

Remodeling is personal. Homeowners are inviting a crew into the most-used rooms of their house, often for weeks. Before they call, they want to see finished work that looks like what they have in mind, and they want a sense of who they’ll be dealing with. The site has to show both: real projects and real people.

What’s on the site

• A homepage hero of a family in a finished kitchen, with the line “Trusted quality and craftsmanship since 1992.”
• A personal welcome letter from Jason Mowery, explaining what the company does and how it works with homeowners.
• Two galleries: Design to Installation, which follows projects from plan to finish, and a Renovation Gallery of completed rooms.
• A “Why choose Mowery Construction” section covering experience, customer service, materials, customized solutions and pricing.
• A testimonials page and a contact page with a form.

The menu is short, five items, and every page leads back to the galleries or the contact form. That restraint suits a business where the photos carry the argument. On a phone, the hero headline and the president’s welcome come first, then the gallery links, which is the order a homeowner deciding whether to call actually needs.

What E-3 did

E-3 designed and built the site. E-3 hosts Mowery Construction on managed WordPress hosting. Our monitoring checks the site for available updates and known plugin vulnerabilities, so we can catch issues early, ideally before homeowners trying to reach the company notice anything.

The site runs on WordPress with the Genesis framework and the Dynamik child theme, with pages built in Beaver Builder and the contact form in Gravity Forms. Beaver Builder lets photo-heavy pages like the galleries be laid out visually, which suits a site where images matter more than text.
